We all need to stay at home to protect ourselves and others. However, those who are well and not at risk can provide essential support for their family, friends and neighbours who cannot leave the house.
Hi, this is a great opportunity to use your IT and marketing skills. We currently use wordpress, facebook and mailchimp to advertise our stalls and work. We have a marketing strategy in place and we really need help delivering it. As an organisation, we don’t have the skills to take our IT and marketing strategy any further, so we would be looking for you to have a really hands on approach to taking it forward with guidance from current members in terms of material to use.
We are thinking you are currently a student on a digital marketing course looking for hands on experience or maybe you work, or have worked, in that field and have time to spare. The commitment would be a couple of hours a week throughout the year.
You will learn lots about allotments, growing food locally and cooking with seasonal, locally grown produce. We are a friendly bunch of people who are enthusiastic about encouraging people to eat more fruit and veg, to grow their own, to reduce food miles and to reduce food waste from allotment sites.
