Description

We are offering a number of volunteering positions at both our Linwood and Paisley stores, these range from processing donated stock, fundraising and also departmental champions who may have an interest in such things as books, movies, music, jewelry, fashion, health and safety, till operating, customer services or accounting. We already have a number of volunteers and are looking to expand our team, there is an opportunity to expand your cv and above all it’s fun.

Organisation aims and objectives

1. To Cure Cancer Patients faster.\n2. To cut numbers of people getting cancer.\n3. To bring better treatments to cancer patients.\n4. To train more cancer doctors, nurses and scientists for research.\n5. To be the authoritative source of information on cancer.\n6. To Maximise resources available for cancer research.

Restrictions

Experience required: - All we ask is that you are friendly and keen to help us fulfilling our vison of finding a cure for cancer. We already fund the Beatson Institute in Glasgow by providing almost 25million pounds each year to fund research as well as research projects in universities and hospitals all over the uk. You do not need any experience as training will be provided. If you are interested in fundraising then you need to be fairly outgoing, other than that we are a great organisation to donate your time to
