Description

Helping with researching into the history of Clydesdale. Putting information on the Internet. Organizing and interpreting the collections of archaeological and historical material. Looking for new sites by using LIDAR and aerial photography and fieldwalking.

Working with the Lanark Museum joint project called the Lanark Story Photographing Lanark. Interviewing people Training is provided for this project and protocols have to be observed.

Organisation aims and objectives

Promotes interest in the historical and archeological nature of Lanark by running a programme of lectures and events and a programme of site visits and digs.
