Our uniformed welcome volunteers are on duty to welcome passengers and crew from arriving cruise ships. The passengers often need orientation, transport information, advice on currency and places to visit. Occasionally we go on board ship to provide information to passengers before they disembark. We provide this service at Leith, Newhaven, and South Queensferry (as well as Rosyth).
To welcome arriving passengers and crew from the cruise ships visiting Edinburgh. We provide orientation and information on transport options, things to do, and places to visit.

Training details: We invite prospective volunteers to come and see what is involved. On a second visit they work with an existing volunteer, On the job training is continuous
