No specific experience is required to join their Board of Directors but you should have a drive to want to make life better for older people and their carers. As a Board Member you will help steer the organisation through your own experience and perspectives, while at the same time gaining valuable experience in management and governance. The key attributes required are commitment, enthusiasm, and a willingness to actively participate in in Board Meetings. Board members are also expected to join one of the Board Sub Groups and be prepared to take on a share of the work involved within these groups.
