The Minute Secretary is the person who looks after the recording of all committee meeting minutes, ensuring that the organisation is complying with its obligations and responsibilities to Scottish Swimming and affiliated bodies.
• To record accurately the content of committee meetings
• To ensure that all minutes are signed off and filed appropriately and circulated to the members
• They are of a quality and standard which will be typed up and are easily understood reflecting the accuracy of the meeting.
A) Promote and manage the teaching, knowledge and practice of one or more Aqua Sports, in accordance with paragraph C2.2 and C2.5 of the SASA Constitution. B) The main purpose of the club is to provide facilities, opportunities and encouragement for members.

2 hours per month plus occasional additional meetings/ training sessions attendance at AGM
Experience required: Good English , listening skills, accuracy in documenting desire to be part of a team

Expenses paid: Yes
Expenses details: Public transport costs reimbursed on production of tickets purchased.
Mileage paid at 45p/mile. Within the Bounadries of the City of Dundee. Travelling expenses can be paid on a monthly basis.
Taster available: Yes
Training details: Tools given for the job would be club lap-top which will already house club information. There will be a laid down procedure detailing the job and process of how meetings and agendas are conducted. Through the induction period three months, any additional training that the candidate requires to do the job or is interested in will be provided where possible by the organisation.
