Organisation aims and objectives

Every day, and in everything we do, we’re committed to a shared set of beliefs and ambitions. Some are aspirational – such as our vision for a more inclusive world. Others shape our work and our people – and help make Upmo the friendly, expert, trusted, creative and nurturing organisation it is. Our vision is an inclusive world in which all adults with disabilities receive the respect, protection, support and opportunities they need to develop their potential and play an equal, rewarding and contributing role in their communities. We provide high quality tailored support and opportunity for adults with learning disabilities and autism to develop confidence, fuel imagination and enhance life skill
