Are you an enthusiastic and motivated individual? Are you wanting to get involved in planning, creating and supporting an in-person event? We have the role for you!
We are looking for Volunteer Oral History Exhibition Assistants to help plan and create an oral history exhibition as part of our Heritage Project.

The specific tasks for the role are:

  • Plan out the event
  • Create different exhibits for the exhibition
  • Help service users to create the materials to display at the event
  • Support fundraising for and during the event
  • Advertise the event
  • Working closely with staff to ensure the event runs smoothly
  • Gather quotes from clients and volunteers about their experience during event

This role is flexible and so you can make it work to your schedule. We do ask that you are able to attend a volunteer team meeting every fortnight and can volunteers for at least 4 hours a month.
