Description

Skilz is a non-profitable charity, and our mission is to enhance the lives of individuals and communities by providing a diverse range of opportunities, which promote Health and Wellbeing for all.

Our Introduction to Sport class is aimed at Under 5's & their parent or carer. Little one's have the chance to explore a range of sports equipment inspired by Free Play and structured games or activities. The sports coaches help with all aspects of the class. They plan and execute a fun and enjoyable session which allows the families to interact with one another and build positive relationships through sports. Songs, Dance & Smiles is an intergenerational class that is aimed at Under 5’s & their parent or carer and older adults. The hope is to create relaxed sessions that bring joy and form long lasting friendships. Participants are led on an adventure of exploration and magic as they learn and develop language and social skills using a variety of props that stimulate the imagination and senses. Sessions are created to focus on interactive participation for everyone.
