This work continues to inspire our charity's mission to help people and their families living with a terminal illness make the most of the time they have together by delivering expert care, emotional support and research.
Marie Curie care for more than 40,000 terminally ill people in the UK a year. The services we offer include providing Nursing care in people’s own home including emotional support. Across the UK we have nine hospices which provide specialist care and support, in Scotland these are located in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Our support teams help anyone affected by terminal illness, online and over the phone. Whether someone needs practical support caring for their loved one, or emotional support once they’ve died, our teams are here to help.
