Description

Town Break is a charity focused on reshaping the way we think about Dementia. We are always looking to connect with people in the local community to join our team in spreading hope and support to those living with Dementia. If you are passionate and believe in this cause, please take a few moments of your time and help us grow this campaign.

At Town Break, we run daily 'coffee and blether' groups. At these groups we offer a range of stimulating and creative activities as well as the chance to come together as a community. Your role as a Volunteer would be to assist at these groups, from joining in activities or spending time with a few of our clients to making tea and helping our groups to run smoothly.

To provide Day Club facilities, a Befriending Service and any other appropriate services for people with a diagnosis of dementia.
