Description

Admin volunteer would be helping the Practice Manager and Office Administrator where possible.

Typical tasks include:

  1. Answering telephone and arranging appointments.
  2. Confirming appointments and creating zoom meetings or booking a room
  3. Greeting clients at the door and directing to counselling room/waiting area as necessary.
  4. Maintain office filing system and cupboards in the office.
  5. Typing, filing, shredding, photocopying, data input using Microsoft Forms.
  6. General tidying/hoovering as necessary. NB A firm of cleaners is employed to clean the premises on a weekly basis
  7. Replenish bathroom supplies (paper towels, toilet rolls, soap)

High level of discretion and confidentiality required.

Expenses: Travel costs provided (cap at £15 per return journey)

Packages used: Microsoft Office suite; word, excel, forms, powerpoint, Basecam

Experience required: Similar experience is desirable. Knowledge of Microsoft office suite. This role requires a high standard of confidentiality and discretion.
