Ayrshire Cancer Support exists to ensure that help is readily available for those who need it. In line with this mission Ayrshire Cancer Support seeks to involve volunteers to: ensure our services meet the needs of our clients; provide new skills and perspectives and increase our contact with the local community we serve. We need volunteers to assist in our Ayrshire Cancer Support Shop for Good.
Serving members of the public as Cashier on the shop till.
Sorting and grading stock, hanging, sizing and tagging clothes for display.
Housekeeping.
Dusting, hoovering, polishing and cleaning.
Replenishing stock in the shop.
Rotating stock.
Steam Cleaning.
Safe storage of goods.
Pricing and displaying stock
We could not continue without our volunteers. You can volunteer as little or as much time as suits you.

Experience required: Enthusiastic and cheerful, able to build good working relationships with colleagues and
members of the public. Any skills like window dressing, creative display skills, digital tech, which might be useful in a charity shop are considered an asset.
