Help us to develop a pioneering Scotland-wide path network for the benefit of all.
This is a great opportunity to improve access to your local area and learn more about your local path routes.
You’ll work within your local area to audit existing paths capturing information on their condition and if they are part of a larger network.
We also ask you to capture the hidden paths in your local area and add them to the path network.
With support and training you will be asked to use online apps to record the information on our path network on your phone or at home.
Once we have captured the paths we can support your local community to develop local routes for health, heritage or nature to encourage people to get out and about and explore their local area.
Working to secure and facilitate public access to the countryside and to protect the beauty of the countryside.
