Description

Peer Perspectives Youth Mental Health Champions will undertake mental health training, then be supported to develop workshops they can deliver to their peers, or to create content for our social media channel. Bespoke opportunities available for young people aged 16-25 with ongoing supervision.

Our vision is of a society where everyone can participate in their local community through volunteering and social action.

Frequency and commitment details

We ask you to commit to five training sessions followed by monthly support meetings with our Engagement Manager. Opportunities are bespoke for each individual based on skills, comfort levels and availability.

Minimum age: 16
Maximum age: 25

Support

Training details: Five training sessions covering aspects of youth mental health, with a real focus on the five ways to wellbeing and the things we can all do promote positive mental health.
