CTSI are seeking a volunteer who can help their Digital Communication Officer and Volunteer Development Assistant with enhancing CTSI’s social media presence by writing engaging posts and scheduling a regular output to keep the company’s online presence active and relevant.

The role will involve tasks such as:
• Writing content for social media that is both fun and engaging
• Sharing content via social media, primarily Facebook and Instagram
• Helping CTSI build its presence on new social media channels such as TikTok.

The role is ideal for a young person who is interested in social media, marketing, content creation. The role will allow the young person to build a portfolio of social media content as well as gain experience volunteering in a fast-paced organisation.










Flexible working times. Minimum commitment of 4 hours per week.

Commitment of 4 hours per week.


Experience required: • A strong grasp of English communication. • Knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter). • Able to use/access devices such as a laptop or smartphone. • A willingness to learn.
Travel details: Option to come in to office when Volunteer Development Assistant or Digital Communications Officer are present, or to volunteer from home. What ever is preferred by the volunteer.

Training details: The Volunteer Development Assistant will provide training in the social media output controls and writing styles for volunteer roles. The Digital Communications Officer will provide training of software such as Canva.
