Description

We are looking for volunteers to work in out charity shop in Dingwall. While helping us raise funds for our healthcare services, volunteers will work as part of a diverse team. We work to your strengths. You can operate the till, work in the back room if you aren't comfortable in a public facing role or both. Tasks include sorting and pricing stock, cash handling, window dressing and store display management. You will receive training and experience that you can use in current or future employment in the retail or charity sector.

Shifts are 09.30 - 12 or 12 - 4.30

Frequency and commitment details

We ask volunteers to set themselves an hourly commitment per week and to try to treat it like a paid job. Ie: if you say you will be in on X day, you phone ASAP if you are unable to attend. 2 hours is usually the minimum commitment per week.

Experience required: No experience necessary, we provide comprehensive training and support that can be used in future paid employment
