Peer Mentor Volunteer

  • VO89023

A Peer Mentor will meet with the carer over a number of sessions to bring together their caring experiences and share their story. By meeting someone who has experienced a similar caring role the Peer Mentors provide a space where carers can reflect on their own situation and choices available. Current Peer Mentor matches include; Dementia, Addictions, Parent, MS and Mental Health. We value the diversity of caring relationships and wish to ensure this is reflected in our service.
