To assist in organising and facilitating the opening of gardens for charity in Kirkcudbrightshire

Organisation aims and objectives

Scotland's Gardens raises money for charity by encouraging, promoting and supporting garden owners to open their gardens to the public; raising money for a charity of their choice through admissions, plant sales and refreshments.


Experience required: An interest in gardeners and gardening, driving licence, good communicator, some computer skills.
Minimum age: 18


Training details: A detailed explanation of what is involved and support from the local District Organisers and the head office in Edinburgh as necessary (eg database training)
