Support

Expenses paid: Yes
Expenses details: Due to Covid-19 restrictions, this project will take place online for the foreseeable future. However, we understand getting online can be difficult, so please still apply if you have limited access as we can support you with alternative arrangements. We will work together to create a supportive and inclusive team, with opportunities to learn a range of skills, meet new people from across Scotland, take part in training, and develop confidence in yourself.
Taster available: Yes
Taster details: After you’ve applied, we will invite you along to a Taster & Selection Workshop on Zoom on Thursday 28th October, 5pm – 7pm This is to give you a taste of what volunteering with YSHive might be like, and for us to meet you. If you can’t attend for any reason, we will arrange a phone or video call with you. If we have more applicants than there are spots on the Panel, we will also reflect on how things went at the Taster & Selection Session to make a decision about who to invite to join the Youth Loneliness panel.
