Description
Lil is a community interest company that literally stands for Lower Impact Living. We are looking for more volunteers to help us in our zero waste, zero fuss and 100% feel good mission. We're looking for volunteers who we would train towards working solo in the Lil Hub retail arm. Key tasks include:
- Communicating with the public
- Handling money and app based checkout
- Fulfilling in person and online orders
- Following laid out practices to meet hygiene, environmental health and trading standards.
- Keeping the shop presentable

A weekly commitment for 4 hours minimum would be preferred, fortnightly at outside, to keep processes etc. fresh in mind. Volunteers who can commit less than this are still very welcome for a chat!
Frequency and commitment details
We can pay daily on provision of receipt.
Restrictions
Must be able to work without supervision. A PVG check might be required.
Experience required: We're looking for friendly people who are comfortable taking money, using apps, following written procedures and writing labels. Training and support will be provided. A good sense of humour!
Travel details: This opportunity is accessible by foot, bus and car.
