4 The Benefit of All is growing organisation committed to responding to modern-day challenges in the communities by employing innovative means to better the lives of the members of the community across different ages by improving health and wellbeing, learning and development and through coworking and collaboration within the community and our town centre presence.

We are seeking to attract 2 Reception, Admin and Events Volunteers to support admin, events and reception duties as part of a small team delivering learning and wellbeing projects and events across the Falkirk district.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
• Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges
• Supports all indoor and outdoor events or projects with input from team colleagues
• Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Other Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adhere to GDPR and Safeguarding policies
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to creating an inclusive, equal, and diverse workplace
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to collectively deliver our ethos, mission, vision and aims

Travel details: This roles involves 'hybrid working', both from home and from our premises in Grangemouth Town Centre.
