Would you like to join the team of volunteers who make our coffee shop so successful? There are many reasons why our volunteers have some spare time and many reasons why they chose to spend it helping us at the coffee shop. Each and every volunteer has their own story to tell.
We are currently looking for volunteers to help with waitressing. This involves taking customer orders, passing hot food orders to the kitchen, preparing drink and cake orders, taking orders to the tables, clearing tables. If you have some spare time, please get in touch with us.
Shifts are flexible. They can be morning, afternoon or over lunchtime for a few hours. Equally they can be weekly, fortnightly, monthly or just every now and then!
We are a friendly bunch who get a lot of satisfaction knowing that all the profits from the coffee and gift shop go directly to the Macmillan Cornhill Centre, a purpose built specialist palliative care unit based in the grounds of Perth Royal Infirmary.
