Description

This is a fantastic time to join the board as we are in the process of developing and rolling out a new vision and five year strategy for the charity. In line with this we have taken the opportunity to review our governance needs and now wish to increase the size of our board as well as bringing in people with a range of skill sets and experiences to help us achieve our new enhanced mission.

We are looking for up to eight motivated and committed individuals who share the charity’s values of empathy, respect, integrity and care.

You’ll be presented with interesting, and (at times complex) issues to consider and help navigate a path through, while staying true to LinkLiving’s values. You’ll have the opportunity to influence LinkLiving’s strategic direction and help drive our ambitions to grow and improve our services. You’ll be working with like-minded, experienced and committed colleagues to achieve our plans whilst keeping people at the forefront of everything we do. You’ll be supporting people affected by trauma and disadvantage to help them towards the lives that they wish for. As a board member you will gain valuable decision-making experience and strategic experience.
