Description

This role involves researching and organising community hubs to reach out to those in the wider community. These community hubs will offer support and stimulation to our clients within a group based in their local community. Braid House not only provides building based care but care through outreach projects such as community hubs, online activities, meal preparation and delivery. You would be researching potential community hub locations and helping Braid House set up new community hubs. This would be a very beneficial role, promoting all aspects of wellbeing not just within our current client group but on a wider scale.
