Are you able to make time, once or twice a week, to support the business objectives alongside the service manager? They are looking for someone who can really support their team with administrative work.

They are a very busy charity which supports adults with both physical and learning disabilities and therefore they would love the support of a volunteer admin assistant to ensure that their admin processes are up to date. The admin team are vital in making sure that everything runs smoothly. Admin assistant volunteers will help provide effective and efficient administrative support across the services in Fife enabling them to work with more service users and deliver first rate care.

2 hours per week - minimum commitment 6 months


Experience required: Must be courteous and personable with good interpersonal skills and a friendly manner. Must be dependable, punctual, work well independently and as part of a team. Willing to take initiative, and are able to support tasks being delivered Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills. Computer skills are a must - Knowledge of M

Expenses paid: Yes
Expenses details: 40p per mile. Public transport travel costs with a receipt
Training details: They will provide classroom training and online training free of cost. Training will include including Health & Safety, Safeguarding, Food Hygiene, Equality & Diversity, Fire Safety, GDPR (Confidentiality), Infection Control,First Aid and Moving & Handling.
