Unit Leader

Description

Leaders are needed to keep units open as restrictions ease and we move forward. Be an inspiring role model to girls and young women - and have a lot of fun in the process. As unit leader, you'll run the unit, a team of volunteers, and plan and deliver a programme of activities. Weekly unit meetings are at the heart of Girlguiding. When you volunteer you will have fun, get messy, meet new people and run activities that help our members discover their potential. If you'd like to become a leader, you'll be supported to complete our Leadership qualification. You'll have training on everything from planning your propramme to child safety.
